We start with a flat rate that includes:

Monthly review and inventory of dwellings.

Management with bodies (city councils and SSAA).

Deliveries and supply management (electricity, water, gas…))

Dispatch and coordination of trades (masonry, plumbing, electricity…) without the property must make advance payments.

Attendance at meetings and negotiations with communities of owners.

Creditworthiness scoring prior to the start of the rental.

Expert drafting of rental contracts and renewals.

Once rented the house::
– Cleaning at the entrance and exit of the tenants included.
– Collection of receipts.
– Collection of monthly fees.
